Veterinary Endodontics: Vital Pulp Therapy, Root Canals & Restorations — April 2027
📅 April 2, 2027 – April 4, 2027
About this course
24 RACE-Approved CE Hours | 15 Hours Hands-On Wet Lab | 3 Days | Towson, Maryland Move beyond extraction as the only option for the damaged but strategically valuable tooth. Endodontics 1 is an intensive three-day veterinary dental CE program designed to introduce practitioners to the diagnostic reasoning and hands-on techniques required for vital pulp therapy, root canal treatment and restorative dentistry. Each day combines three hours of focused instruction with five hours of wet-lab training, providing 15 hours of procedural practice across the program at individual, fully equipped workstations. Training includes: Case selection and treatment planning for endodontic therapy Endodontic anatomy and diagnosis of pulpal disease Vital pulp therapy principles and technique Access preparation and canal identification Instrumentation, cleaning and shaping of root canals Irrigation and debridement principles Obturation techniques and assessment of the completed canal Restorative materials and restoration of treated teeth Radiographic evaluation throughout endodontic treatment Recognition and troubleshooting of common procedural difficulties Why the ADTC format matters: Endodontic technique improves through repetition and immediate feedback. Participants work at individual stations with dedicated instrumentation, allowing substantially more procedural time than formats that require participants to rotate through shared equipment. Who should attend: Veterinarians who want to add tooth-preserving treatment options to their clinical dentistry capabilities. Clinical proficiency in oral radiology is required. Leave with a more complete understanding of which teeth may be saved, how to plan treatment and—most importantly—hands-on experience performing the procedures.
